Basic Blocking Set: (10 moves total – Adults only)

Kibone il-jang (Basic Form #1): (Adults-total of 16 moves, all in walking stance) (Kids: first 8 moves, all in walking stance)

Basic Kicking Set: (Adults & Kids – 11 moves total)

Breaking: Hammer fist

Kicking Techniques:

4. Ahpbar 5. Ahpbar Draw 6. Round house kick
7. Jump Front Kick 8. Double Punch (Jab and Reverse)
