1.       Kids:

2.       Blocking Set #1: (10 moves total, adults only): all in Front Stance

3.       Kibone EE-jang (Basic Form #2): (same as Form #1 but all in Front Stance)
Kids: only 8 moves, all in front stance

4.       Kicking Set #1: (10 moves total)

5.       Breaking: Stomp kick

6.       Kicking Techniques:
1. Ax Kick 2. Crescent Kick 3. Front Kick 4. Ahp bar
5. Ahp Bar Draw 6. Jump Front Kick 7. Round house kick 8. Fast kick
9. Double Punch (Jab and Reverse)
